This morning entrepreneur and candidate for Connecticut's 20th District State Senate Seat Paul Formica attended the monthly meet up for Southeastern Connecticut Entrepreneurs taking place at Muddy Waters in New London. Each month entrepreneurs gather together to discuss the latest progress, ideas, and potential for collaboration. 

One of the organizers of the group, Robert Peitzsch of East Lyme, sees the potential of bringing people together. He has ideas to expand the presentations made by successful entrepreneurs in the area to inspire more innovation. 

One issue raised this morning was in regards to the need of a working space to bring together entrepreneurs and small business owners. 

The meet up was also attended by Economic Development Specialist from Groton, Kristin Clarke.
