Today in Norwich Paul Formica attended a forum on mental health. 

“We have worked with state agencies in our restaurant to bring folks in with mental illness and we focus not on what they cannot do, but what they can do. And most often, they bring the joy to the workplace, so there are opportunities in the private sector,” Paul said.
